Our normal working hours are Monday-Friday 9-4pm, but some of our cleaners work weekends & bank holidays too!
What measures do you have in place for COVID-19?
Safety is our priority and we always follow the latest Government guidelines. We will strictly not attend if either our cleaners or customers have symptoms or are isolating.

Do I have to be out of the house when you clean?
Absolutely not! Lots of our customers are home when we clean, so it’s completely up to you if you wish to stay at home or go out. We are happy to lock up too when work is completed.
Yes, we keep spare keys for lots of our customers or we can use a key safe if you prefer.
Yes, our cleaners love pets and we take extra precaution around pets when we clean.
Do I get an invoice and how do I pay?
Yes, we will provide you with an invoice. We will discuss how to make payments when we speak to you prior to booking.
No, we aren’t VAT registered.
Our cleaners are carefully hand-picked by us and vetted. !
Absolutely, we care and want to protect our customers and therefore we check every cleaner to ensure DBS is clean.
Our company and cleaners are fully insured giving you peace of mind.
Do you provide the cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, we provide the cleaning products and cloths, the only things we don’t provide are the hoover and mop. We can also use your products if you prefer!
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Absolutely, we believe that the same cleaner will help with keeping up the routine and you can build trust with them.
Will I have one or two cleaners?
You will always have one cleaner.
We tailor our service to each customer based on their priorities.
What kind of cleans do you offer?
We are quite broad and will always aim to tailor our services based on requirements. Some services we offer are domestic, end-of-tenancy, office, spring and deep cleaning.
Do you do cleaning for holiday lets or Airbnb?
This is possible if cleaning is set on specific days and times. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability for short notice requirements as it would be difficult to plan this around our regular cleans. But if it something you’re looking for, please get in touch and we will see what we can do!
Yes, we offer our customers one-off, weekly or fortnightly cleans.
Normally our slots are either weekly or fortnightly, but we can be flexible and offer a four-weekly clean where possible.
